i had suite which was outstanding, exceptionally comfortable bed. the venue was in a central location close enough to naples, the piazza leopardi metro stop, and the airport by the airport bus called alibus.

The hotel had a central position just off Napoli, more pleasant areas of the city and restaurants, and the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. We were 300 metres away from Publo, that offered quick meals.

Liked tidy and excellent rooms.

My room included a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. Some of the staff members were amiable. The location was unbeatable and great to the central station which is connected to the airport by the airport bus called ALIBUS and the atmosphere was special.

During my recent stay at Lhp Napoli Palace & Spa, I was impressed with the beautifully appointed and modern hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to the football stadium and convention center. The staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with a variety of options including hams, salami, mozzarella, and fresh fruits like melon and pineapple. I also appreciated the extra effort from Anna, who went above and beyond to accommodate my late flight departure by allowing me to use the pool and spa facilities until I needed to leave.

The hotel seemed like quite a lot of money for what you got. It wasn't in a location close to the main attractions, and there weren't any real special services. I paid the same amount for a hotel in Spain and got a lot more for the value. We asked for a non smoking room but there were people smoking in the hall outside our room. The internet was very expensive. 3 euro for an hour. But in general it was clean and very quiet.

Location is not ideal for accessing the city centre and waterfront.

The beds at Lhp Napoli Palace & Spa were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The modern furnishings and great bathroom facilities added to the overall enjoyable experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Concerning the wifi connection, it was not free (3euros per hour or 5 euros for 2 hours). The comments on Booked.net's web site are old, maybe Booked.net could change the description of webpage related to the hotel.

Internet was charged even on web site it says that it is free. One woman on reception was not so friendly and hardly spoke English.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Naples, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff, especially Antonio, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel had beautiful decor, spotless rooms, and comfortable beds. The rooftop bar, with its pool and stunning views, was a highlight of my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to trains and popular attractions like Pompei and Capri. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Naples.

Serius probably used to be a good hotel. However, it has been largely abandoned by its owners and managers in last years. It could be due to the fact that it is situated in a rather poor part of Naples that may feel even somewhat dangerous. It should drop at least one of its stars

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast and friendly staff, which made the stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for city exploration, in close proximity to popular landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep.

The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled and the temperature was too high, making it uncomfortable at night. The shower was not up to the expected standards, with a small and shabby plastic cabin.

The rooms are neat and exceptionally nice with a view, so that guests have essentials. The stuff are competent and genuinely professional, giving their best to make the stay a perfectly pleasant experience.
